Mary Grey has devoted more than 30 years to advancing quality after-school programs that serve children, families, and communities. For 25 years with Pasco County Schools, she directed after-school enrichment programs, overseeing 36 elementary sites that included fee-based services, 21st Century Community learning Centers for middle and elementary students, and grant-funded middle school academic enrichment programs. In this role, she managed all aspects of program operations, supervising over 275 staff, provided professional development, ensured fiscal responsibility, and secured grant funding for program development. A former board member of the Florida Afterschool Alliance, Mary now serves as Special Project Coordinator for Florida Afterschool, Inc. Mary holds dual degrees: Master of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration/Marketing from Saint Leo University.
