The FAN Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) Collaborative began in 2012 thanks to support from the Noyce Foundation, and in partnership with the Astronaut Memorial Foundation. This support funds Florida’s statewide out-of-school STEM System. The Collaborative consists of several STEM Hubs— museums, science centers and other industry partners leaders who support our mission of expanding Florida’s afterschool STEM opportunities. Through the program, resources, research and best practices are available to foster enhanced services and activities for K-12 students outside of traditional school hours.
