Afterschool & Summer Cost Modeling

Help show the true cost of quality afterschool and summer programming in Florida.

Explore below

Florida After School, Inc. invites you to participate in its statewide afterschool and summer cost model project. The Florida cost model will use anonymous, aggregated revenue and expense data to show policymakers, funders, and other stakeholders what it truly costs to run a high quality afterschool and summer program in Florida.

The cost model will help Florida After School identify state and local revenue to close funding gaps in the out-of-school time space, while prioritizing a well-paid workforce and the sustainability of small business and nonprofit providers. All information will be kept confidential. Results will not be attributed to individual programs but rather will be presented as averages.
